Metro Safety Products began as a two-machine workshop in Peeragarhi, supplying helmets to nearby Delhi contractors. Twenty-seven years on, we operate a dedicated industrial safety belts manufacturing unit in Peeragarhi Industrial Area Phase II — with injection-moulding, webbing cutting, and stitch-testing lines under one roof.
Our belts and harnesses, including full body safety belt and safety belt with shock absorber lanyard,are approved under IS 3521 and supplied at scale to Indian Railways zones, NTPC, BHEL, L&T, Ahluwalia Contracts, Reliance Infra and Ambuja Group. We also export to Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Middle East under FOB Delhi / Nhava Sheva.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for safety belts?
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per variant. OEM / custom-branded orders start at 500 pieces. Mixed-SKU bulk orders are welcome — share your list on WhatsApp for a combined quote.
Are your safety belts IS 3521 certified?
Yes — all harnesses and lanyard belts conform to IS 3521 (2021). Shock-absorbing lanyards are additionally tested to EN 355. Test certificates are dispatched with every bulk order.
Do you offer OEM / custom-branding on safety belts?
Yes. Screen-printed or heat-transferred logo on webbing, custom webbing colour, and custom label tags are offered. Tooling/setup is free above 1,000-piece orders.
What are your delivery timelines for bulk orders?
